Caboose Village at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort features twelve Train Cars! These custom designed "cabooses" offer some of the most unique lodging anywhere in Utah! With several cars to choose from, and more being remodeled, each car has been beautifully refurbished and turned into comfortable lodging which overlooks the Sevier River.

Cabins

When you are looking for lodging near Marysvale, UT, look no further than Big Rock Candy Mountain Cabins. Located near the border between Piute and Sevier Counties, on Historic Heritage Highway 89, just 5 miles north of Marysvale, UT and 7 miles south of Interstate 70.


Seven of the Cabins are located on the East side of Historic Heritage Highway 89 (Cabins 101-107), right along the Sevier River. Two Cabins are located on the West Side of Highway 89 (Ponderosa and Hideaway Cabins). You can literally step out the front door of your cabin, hop on your ATV or UTV, and you’re on the world famous Paiute ATV Trail in seconds. The Paiute ATV Trail contains hundreds of miles of trails and side trails, crossing through towns and counties, over mountain ranges and streams. This well marked Trail has been featured in several national magazines, and is a favorite of both locals and visitors.

RV Sites

When you are looking for an RV Park near Marysvale, UT, look no further than Big Rock Candy Mountain. Located near the border between Piute and Sevier Counties, on Historic Heritage Highway 89, just 5 miles north of Marysvale, UT and 7 miles south of Interstate 70.


The RV Park features full hookups on most sites, mature trees, river front location, fire pits at each site, and a Laundry and Shower House. You can literally step out the front door of your trailer/RV, hop on your ATV or UTV, and you’re on the world famous Paiute ATV Trail in seconds. The Paiute ATV Trail contains hundreds of miles of trails and side trails, crossing through towns and counties, over mountain ranges and streams. This well marked Trail has been featured in several national magazines, and is a favorite of both locals and visitors.

The RV Park features mature trees and a fire pit at each site. For a small fee, you can access our shower house which includes laundry, restrooms, and showers. You can literally step out the front door of your cabin, hop on your ATV or UTV, and you’re on the world famous Paiute ATV Trail in seconds. Candy Inn Suites

When you are looking for lodging near Marysvale, UT, look no further than Big Rock Candy Mountain Inn Suites. Located near the border between Piute and Sevier Counties, on Historic Heritage Highway 89, just 5 miles north of Marysvale, UT and 7 miles south of Interstate 70. All Inn Suites are located on the West Side of Historic Heritage Highway 89, on the same side as the restaurant, across the highway from the Store/Gas Station/RV Park. Inn Suite 128 is handicap accessible: Wheelchair will fit through entry door, into bathroom, and under sink).
